We represent outstanding producers of cured hams and shoulders following the traditional process to obtain the highest quality. They are located in the best Spanish regions for the production of cured hams, such as Guijuelo, Jabugo, Cordova, Avila and Salamanca.

We offer a large range of products and prices, with the possibility to choose between three black Iberian pig breeds, which are characterized by different texture, color and taste.

TYPES OF PRODUCT

Iberian: Acorn-fed Iberian Ham and regular-fed Iberian Ham
Traditional: Duroc Cured Ham, Gran Reserva Cured Ham, Bodega Cured Ham
We also offer Cured Shoulder for both aforementioned types.

Whole piece Bone-in
Boneless Cured Ham (whole piece vacuumed 1x1, square shaped vacuumed 1x1, etc.)
Sliced Cured Ham (1kg. pack, 100 gr. pack)

* Gifts and Christmas packaging: we offer the whole piece sheathed in a cotton mesh and in a wooden-printed cardboard box.
